Dr Philippa Reed is Chief Executive of the Equal Employment Opportunities Trust. The EEO Trust works with New Zealand employers to raise awareness and support business success through effectively managing diversity. Prior to joining the EEO Trust in March 2003, Philippa worked in a senior management role at the University of Auckland Business School. She was previously in senior roles at KPMG for a number of years. Philippa’s qualifications include a doctorate in Germanic Languages and Literature, a post-graduate qualification in change management and a Masters of Fine Arts.
