Pam joined the Foundation in 1990. As Manager of Labour-Management Studies Foundation (LMSF) she has developed key links with business, governments and unions. Through the flagship annual Women, Management and Employment Relations Conference she has forged valuable relationships with over forty sponsors from both the public and private sectors.

Pam was awarded a scholarship and graduated in 1999 with a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

In 2002 the Foundation was relocated to the Division of Economic and Financial Studies (EFS). Since then Pam has been engaged in several projects.

  • The establishment an Alumni chapter for the Division.
  • The founding of the Di Yerbury Economic and Financial Studies Lecture series which has hosted notable speakers such as Ian Macfarlane, AC, Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia and Graeme Samuel, AO, Chairperson of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). These lecture attract wide national media coverage including live feeds to all television news programs.
  • The research and writing of a Behaviour Code Policy for the Division and the resulting “ A Great Place to Study and Work: Behaviour Code” brochure.
  • The research and scoping Accreditation process for the Division.
  • The development of the LMSF and WMER Conferrence websites.

Pam is currently on the Division’s EEO and Equity Committee and is a Macquarie University Contact Officer.
