Sandra Triulzi

Over the past two decades Sandra has consulted in organisational development and change management strategies and implementation.

Her initial foray in this field commenced with an in-house consulting role with the Lend Lease Corporation. In this, Sandra established and managed a broad-based change management program, which required the active involvement and participation of the CEOs and teams of all the Business Units. Her success in this endeavour led Sandra to be sought by the Westpac Banking Corporation to undertake a similar change management project.

In October 2004, Sandra was appointed Manager Diversity Portfolio for the QANTAS Group. In this role, Sandra used her change management skills to develop and implement a Diversity Management Strategy for the QANTAS group.

Currently Sandra is Senior Consultant, UGL Consulting;  a division of the United Group Ltd, specialising in end-to-end strategic consultancy services. UGL Consulting is unique in that it operates as a hybrid model, providing consulting services to a large external client base, in addition to its internal business clients.
