Peter McGraw

Peter is Director of the Labour Management Studies Foundation and Associate Professor in the School of Business, Division of Economic and Financial Studies at Macquarie University.

Prior to joining EFS in February 2005 Peter was a faculty member at Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He has also worked as an academic at the University of Technology, Sydney and an industrial relations practitioner in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Peter has researched and published in a number of areas concerned with management and employee relations. His current research interests include management strategy in multi-national firms, employee involvement processes, change management and international human resource management. He is the author of many academic papers in refereed journals and has co-authored a best selling HRM textbook. Peter has held visiting academic positions at Sydney University and IMD in Switzerland. He has held several senior managerial roles during his university career and was awarded an Outstanding Teacher Award by Macquarie University in 1997.
