Peter is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business within the Division of Economic and Financial Studies where he lectures in the areas of management as well as general human resource management. Prior to taking his current position, Peter was a faculty member at Macquarie Graduate School of Management where he was consistently ranked as one of the best teachers and most sought after corporate educators. Peter’s current research projects concern HR in multinational companies and pay equity at senior levels in corporate Australia. Peter directs the research for the EOWA Census of Women in Leadership and related projects concerning the impact of gender on senior executive salaries.
