Jeff Jarratt's valued reputation as a skilled mediator, negotiator, coach and mentor is bolstered by his passion and drive. Mining the wealth of knowledge accumulated over 20 years in executive management, Jeff guides teams and individuals from a diverse cross-section of government and commercial organisations to greatly improve performance and contribution.

During his time as Deputy Police Commissioner, NSW Police Service, Jeff was responsible for the preparation and delivery of security to the 2000 Olympics, the Line, was a leading light in the National Counter-Terrorist Network, and was instrumental in the creation of the NSW Police successful leadership development program.

As a director of his own company, Jeff's business acuity was in demand by a diverse range of organisations. These include national insurers, a national retailer, a global credit card company, major banks, an international pharmaceutical company, governments in Australia and New Zealand, senior law firms, a big four accounting firm, Australian Universities, an international construction company and a national Telco.

Jeff has a BA in Politics and MBA from Macquarie University. He won the RAIPA prize for Academic Excellence in his MBA. He is a graduate of the FBI National Executive Institute, graduate of Senior Management in Police Program, Harvard University, and holds the Australian Police Medal and National Medal with two clasps. He is an adjunct professor at Macquarie University.

Like many successful executives, Jeff has had to strike a balance between his work, his family and his own development. He has not always got it right, but after 32 years of marriage and three kids, mixed with a successful career and a career re-invention he feels that he is occasionally getting it right.
