	Associate Professor Marian Baird, Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies,University of Sydney Convenor of the Women and Work Research Group in the Faculty of Economics and Business; and leading researcher on women and work.
	Anna McPhee, Director, Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA) Appointed Federal Director in 2004 which involves contact with more than 3,000 private sector organisations; also provides policy advice to the Federal Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.
