The Labour-Management Studies Foundation (LMSF) was established by Macquarie University's Council in 1983 to contribute to a higher level of understanding of industrial relations and human resource management issues.

Over the past 17 years the Foundation has hosted the Women, Management and Employment Relations (WMER) Conference and has published the proceedings annually in the Making the Link Series.

The Foundation has decided to provide these proceedings electronically on the web to assist scholars and practitioners researching the areas of Human Relations.

The Information Resources section provides a subject approach to the articles, while the Making the Link area provides a chronological method of access.

By providing access to the research and seminar presentations on this website, the Foundation continues to promote discussion and disseminate information on progress and advances in the important areas of HR, Women in Management, Leadership.....
