Making the Link 17: Affirmative Action and Employment Relations is the edited collection of selected papers presented at the 17th Women, Management and Employment Relations Conference. The two-day conference, which was held July 21-22, 2005, was organised by the Labour-Management Studies Foundation at Macquarie University.

The Editors: Professor Ed Davis is Dean of the Division of Economic and Financial Studies at Macquarie University. Valerie Pratt is Honorary Professorial Fellow at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. She was foundation director of the Affirmative Action Agency.
