Making the Link Vol 9 1998

Making the Link 9: Affirmative Action and Industrial Relations is the edited collection of selected papers presented at the ninth Women, Management and Industrial Relations Conference. The two day conference, which was held in July, 1997, was organized by the Affirmative Action Agency and the Labour-Management Studies Foundation at the Macquarie University Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University. 

The Editors: Professor Ed Davis is the director of the Labour-Management Studies Foundation Program. Valerie Pratt  is Honorary Professional Fellow at the Macquarie University Graduate School of Management.She was formerly director of the Affirmative Action Agency.
