Making the Link Vol 12 2001

Making the Link 12: Affirmative Action and Industrial Relations is the edited collection of selected papers presented at the twelth Women, Management and Industrial Relations Conference. The two day conference, which was held in July 25-26, 2000, was organized by the Affirmative Action Agency and the Labour-Management Studies Foundation at the Macquarie University Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University. 

The Editors: Professor Ed Davis is the director of the Labour-Management Studies Foundation Program. Valerie Pratt  is Honorary Professional Fellow at the Macquarie University Graduate School of Management.She was formerly director of the Affirmative Action Agency.
