High Performance Workplaces: Engagement, Equity and Voice

What's it all about?

This one day seminar presented by the Labour-Management Studies Foundation brings together practitioners, academics and policy makers working in the HR area.  The program will explore policy, and theoretical and practical perspectives on managing in a High Performance Workplace. In particular the focus will be techniques and practices that stimulate high levels of employee engagement and performance in the workplace. Other issues to be considered include the role of equity and employee voice in contributing to the high performance workplace and employee well being.

This seminar will provide an opportunity for close interaction between practitioners, academics and policy makers in the context of current research and innovative practical experience. Case studies and an interactive panel discussion will aim to maximise the involvement of participants.
